Tuck In Style

So, as most of you know we have a business. We started it last year, and recently we have been taking the time to really get it up and running. Our business is pretty unique, I think we are the only ones in our field. The name of our business is Jacqsay's Snug as a Bug in a Rug Tuck-In Service, basically we specialize in tucking people in! Because we started this business last year we have lost count of how many people we have actually tucked in, but it is probably well over 50 people and we are very professional.

We specialize in a few different kinds of tucks, and are always coming up with more tucks to suit our customers.

Our most famous tuck is probably the Old Fashioned Tuck. This tuck is for those who like to sleep with their arms inside of the covers.

Another one of our popular tucks is the Nip Tuck. This tuck is similar to the Old Fashioned Tuck but it is for those who like to sleep with their arms outside of the covers.

We also specialize in:
The Mummy Tuck- This is for those who like to sleep with their faces covered.
The Starfish Tuck- For those who like to sleep spread out.
The Burrito- This tuck is for fun, its an old fashioned burrito tuck from when you were a child.
The Smothered Burrito- This is like the burrito tuck, but with your face covered for a little excitement!
The Fruit Roll-up- This one is still in the works, but it is a lot of fun!

We like to have consultations with our customers to find out what tuck will work best for them, customer service is very important to us! If you have a big test tomorrow, just need a good nights sleep, or want us to surprise tuck in a friend or roommate for you then let us know!

If you would like to know more about our business head over to facebook and search for Jacqsay's Snug as a Bug in a Rug Tuck-In Service (don't forget to press the 'like' button when you find our page). We would love to tuck you in!

Here is a video of a recent surprise tuck in we did! This video is dedicated to the person who asked us to do this surprise tuck in, you know who you are :) Also, thank you Matty Patty Cakes and Fill-Up for coming with us to film!

Also, here are a few pictures of some of our tucks!

The Weekend

Before this next weekend starts, we need to write a post about last weekend. It was probably one of our best weekends this school year. Well, it's at least one of the best weekends that we have had for awhile! We don't have many pictures from it, which is too bad (Amy got some on her camera though at least).

Friday
On Friday we went to the gym during the day time. We have been pretty consistent about going to the gym every MWF... it definitely makes us feel better... especially if we eat a whole strawberry pie in one sitting (not that we actually have ever done that). On Friday night we hung out with Lindsay's friend Kirsten. The three of us went to see the movie Source Code. When we got to the movie theater the line for tickets was really long, and the movie was already starting. We wondered what everyone was there to see so we decided that it would be best if we started to survey people...we wanted to make sure that our movie wasn't going to be sold out. So we asked the boy in front of us what he was in line for.. of course he answered 'tickets'. So funny. So we got more specific and asked what movie he was in line for. He and his friends of course were in line for Source Code. We joked with him, and ruined the ending for him (even though we didn't really know the ending). Luckily he had a lot of friends coming, so he let the three of us in front of him in line. But even after all of our hard work surveying people we got to the front and found out that Source Code was in fact sold out. Kirsten is a wild woman though and she decided that we could get across to another town called Providence where Source Code was also playing. But it started in like 5 minutes. We decided to hurry to our car because the boy that was now behind us in line was probably going to have the same idea. We made it to Providence and the movie wasn't sold out....and that boy and his friends did end up behind us in line! Haha! The movie was good, the movie theater popcorn was better. But no, it was an interesting movie, and didn't end how we expected it to.

After the movie we sat in Kirstens car for a long period of time that probably shouldn't be admitted. There was a lot of interesting things going on in our parking lot, so we just spied on people for awhile! Suzy and Blair (our roommates) came home and Suzy got in the car with us. We tried to trick Blair, saying that we kidnapped Suzy. She just wanted to trick him and see how far he would go to rescue her. Well, he never even came out to look for her... he failed the test! It was funny though.

We finally went back inside our apartment and Kirsten went home. Our good old friend and work-out buddy John (cake party John) and his friend Brett came over to hang out. It was really fun hanging out with them. Finally people that understand our sense of humor and don't think we are weird! John let us roll him up like a burrito, and after a lot of hesitation Brett let us tuck him in on our couch. (If you haven't 'liked' our tucking in business on facebook...do it now). It is always a good time when people let us tuck them in! John let us take pictures of him for our business page, but Brett is opposed to pictures so we didn't get any of him tucked in.

John wrapped up in the burrito tuck while Brett anxiously awaits his turn to be tucked in!

John fast asleep in his burrito tuck!

After we tucked the boys in they showed us some YouTube videos. They were laughing so hard at these videos that were like super long. They were funny, just really long! They made us watch the Rebecca Black video about fried eggs...supposedly everyone has seen that video except us. If that girl can be famous I don't know why we aren't.

If you like George Michaels and creepy men with Mullets, then you will love this video that they showed us. Hopefully you want this song stuck in your head too.

After we watched the videos we played Peter Answers with Brett. He was pretty freaked out, but we've had better.

Saturday

On Saturday Jacqui had homework to do and Lindsay's friends Amy and Sarah came up to visit. While Jacqui was at the library us three went and played around Logan. We went to Temptation Cupcake, where Amy slid down a tiny slope covered in snow on her butt. After we ate delicious cupcakes we went to the DI. Amy found a little owl statue and Lindsay found these amazing Yoga cards for $1 (I still can't believe I found such a treasure)! We then went to Hobby Lobby because Amy had never been there and she wanted to see what it was all about. She got a few treasures, along with a giant feather for each of us. After our adventures in town we went back to the apartment and met up with Jacqui. We watched a show and then had a photo shoot with our feathers. We then went and got dinner at a little place in Logan called the Pizza Factory. It is in a basement, and is pretty creepy looking. But its really good! We carved our name into the table!

It's kind of hard to see, but that does say Jacqsay!

Our activity for the night was up on campus...it was a fundraiser type deal that our roommate Clelia was helping with. It was a carnival called Peanut Butter and Japan Jam! It was really fun! We paid to get in and got free ice cream, soda pop
(16 cans to be exact), snow cones, popcorn, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other randoms. There were different activities set up, along with Japanese fashion shows. Clelia was a part of the fashion show, and she did great! There was also a chess table set up. We met a missionary at the chess table from Australia. He was hilarious! We hung out with him for awhile and he set up challenges for us to do. Sadly, this is the only picture I have of the event:

Sarah playing chess with Big Blue, our school mascot.
She won.
A child had to help him.

The carnival was really fun! It was a lot of fun to have Sarah and Amy here with us. Sarah even pretended to know our roommate Clelias friend, Peter Cotton-tail. She told him that they had met a year ago and that he asked for her number and then never called her. It was pretty funny! We saw our friend John there and Brett. We also ran into one of the boys that we went on our first double date with...but we avoided him! We also made two new friends...Wade and Sam. We pretended that we had met Sam before, but he wasn't buying it (we later found out he is in our Stake haha)! After the carnival we had to say goodbye to Amy and Sarah.... It was so good to have them come visit! Love you girls!

After that our friend John came over again. It's nice to have people that actually like hanging out with us! This time he brought his friend Terryn, so of course we told him about our tucking in business. And he let us tuck him in too!

Terryn decided he wanted the Smothered Burrito Tuck!

Then they paid us to tuck in one of Terryn's roommates. His roommate didn't know we were coming, they wanted us to surprise him. We love doing surprise tuck-ins because we never know how it is going to go! So off we went to Terryn's apartment where we met 3 of his roommates. They pretty much fell in love with us immediately. Terryn and John told them that we have a business and that we were there to tuck his roommate in. They all thought it was hilarious! So we chatted with his roommates and explained our business. Then we had our consultation with his roommate that we were tucking in. We like to find out how people like to sleep so that we know what is the best tuck for them. We tucked him in and John told us stories. We can't even begin to describe how funny John is. He has the most random stories and is just really funny. We stayed there until probably two thirty in the morning just hanging out with them. It was really fun! It was also nice to have a paying gig :)

Sunday
Sunday's are always fun for us because we get to go to church. We love going to church! We even got Suzy and Blair to come with us so it was extra special. The highlight of this day was talking with Fill Up, Matty Patty Cakes, and our good friend Chazz. Chazz has the best laugh we have ever heard in our lives, and we got him laughing pretty hard this day. Ahhh, Chazz. Such a funny guy! If only we could record his laugh and listen to it all the time.

All in all it was a good weekend! Good friends, good fun, good laughs. We couldn't ask for anything more!

Videos from Spring Break...

While at the beach in California we wanted to burry the boys in the sand. They never agreed to it fully, but said maybe we could if we dug a hole big enough using only two sticks. Obviously we were up to the challenge so we starting digging away with our sticks! We actually dug a really huge hole (with the help of a frisbee too). We never got to burry the boys, I think we got distracted by something else. This is  a video of Lindsay jumping into the hole... (I promise I was more graceful the other times I jumped in. It was hard not to fall if you notice the walls of the hole just falling down as I jump and climb out...).

Here we are talking a little bit about life and California as we sit on the rocks and enjoy the ocean.

Here we are walking back to the beach on the dangerous rocks...

This video just shows what wild and crazy college students we really are.

And last but not least, a little commentary from inside Space Mountain at Disneyland!

Friends with benefits.

Last week on Wednesday we had the pleasure of going on a double date. Remember our last double date? Well, this one probably wasn't as entertaining, but it is still worth blogging about. Jacqui went with MM and Lindsay went with LJK. This is all Jacqui's fault because she agreed to go on the date with MM first (because Jacqui is such a nice person and was just trying to give MM a chance, thank you very much), and since MM and LJK are roommates, that gave LJK the idea to ask Lindsay out (this is not the first attempt that LJK has tried to ask Lindsay out). Now, we both have known for awhile that LJK has liked Lindsay, he asked her out at the beginning of the month, but she was unable to go (but really she could have gone but chose not to). He is a really nice guy but Lindsay just isn't really into him. But he is really nice (and if they ever got married they would have the same initials, match made in heaven ha ha jk (Lindsay doesn't approve of this comment)). MM is funny and nice too, but Jacqui doesn't like him anymore than a friend.

For our date we went to a benefit concert on campus (benefits for the boys but not so much for us, sadly). We were wishing that we were there without boys so that we could meet other boys... maybe become groupies of the bands, but oh well, at least we got in for free. When we got there we entered a raffle and then went inside. We insisted that we sit on the very front row, and MM was a little unsure about this but he seems a little unsure of alot of things.  But of course he went along anyways, because did he really have a choice? NO. There weren't very many people there yet, but at least we were front and center.

Before the concert started they did a raffle. We were all hoping to win, because winning is fun! They were giving away 7-14 day memberships to the Sports Academy (a gym here). And surprise, Lindsay won! This was really exciting because she never wins anything (probably not the most exciting thing that you can win but hey, it's free).  "I'll probably just throw it away". -Lindsay

After the raffle the first band started playing. They were barefoot, and only rockstars play barefoot. They were called Welcome to the Woods, and they were pretty good.

People started showing up for the second band... They were definitely the most popular! They were called The Old World, and they were all of our favorites! We definitely recommend their cd (thank you JP for burning Jacqui a copy of it). The lead singer of the band actually was talking to us during his set. He thought we were funny because we giggle so much. We thought it was cool that he talked to us out of everyone there.

After the second band they did another raffle. And guess what? LJK won the biggest prize of the whole thing, Jazz tickets! But he decided to sell them, hopefully that worked out for him. It was still exciting that 2/4 of us won the raffle.

The third band was seriously crazy. They were called American Attic. They loved to swear. They said they were rock n roll. But we aren't really sure if they were or not because they were so loud we couldn't hear them. We were all pretty much deaf from their set list. It was funny because you could tell that the singer was singing really hard because his face was red and veins popping out but we only saw his lips moving and nothing coming out.  But thats fine because they were really fun to dance to, and the lead singer loved us! He kept talking to us during their set and it was fun. He even gave us a drum stick and a guitar pick. So basically if we would have been there without dates we could have been groupies. During this band there was a huge blow up oscar meyer weiner hot dog thing that the crowd was throwing around! It was fun! For the last song we all stood up (because we were about to leave) and started dancing. We must say that LJK gets pretty crazy. He is a dancing fool. He really showed us all up!

We chatted with the lead singer of The Old World after the show was over, got a free cookie, and then headed home. None of us could hear very good, and we kept tricking LJK saying that he was hearing things haha.

We didn't really say much about our dates in this whole post... basically we didn't talk a whole lot because we were listening to music. But in between bands we both agreed that it was awkward talking. It is too bad that neither of us liked these boys. The most awkward thing though was probably when they would whisper in our ears during the bands playing.

Getting home from the date is always the most awkward part. We both agree that you shouldn't hug, just shake hands or high five even. Its no fun hugging boys that you have no interest in. It's even worse when you know these boys like you. So they walked us up to our door, and of course we both had to hug our boy. Then we got to have a group hug. Extra hugs... Another benefit for the boys.. None for us..

Its always fun when we get to go on double dates together! We did have a lot of fun, the concert was great! The boys were really nice and pretty fun to be around too.

Oh, and tonight is the final episode of Teen Mom 2... our apartment is not going to know what to do on this night now that this show has ended, how sad is that? "So sad" -Jacqui
